Research and Consultancy

Our Research and Consultancy service is done in partnership with ETC Institute, a research and consultancy institute based in the U.S.A.

Since its founding in 1982 G.C, ETC Institute has completed research projects for clients in 49 states. This includes thousands of surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.

In collaboration with ETC institute we provide research and consultancy services majorly for communities and organizations.

Community Surveys

ETC Institute specializes in the design and administration of market research for governmental organizations. Our major areas of emphasis include customer satisfaction surveys, community planning surveys, employee surveys, voter opinion surveys, and parks and recreation surveys. ETC Institute has conducted research for more major U.S. cities than any other firm.

Organizational Surveys

ETC Institute has conducted survey research for organizations across the country for over three decades. ETC Institute conducts surveys for City and Government organizations to assess: employee satisfaction, internal communications, and internal/employee services. ETC also conducts focus groups across the country to identify key issues prior to many of these surveys.

In addition to the works done in the U.S., we have also done consultancy services in Ethiopia for institutions like Birhan Bank.

Transportation Surveys

Transportation Surveys ETC Institute is incomparable in regards to transportation surveys. Through the use of ever changing technological innovations, and superior management processes, ETC Institute has become a leader in a variety of different types of transportation surveys across the nation. ETC is a leader in conducting onboard transit surveys, workplace/establishment surveys, traffic classification studies, household travel studies, and commercial vehicle studies.

We have a fully equipped and functional call center in Addis Ababa. Through our call center, we provide different services like customer satisfaction surveys for companies and institutions.

Currently, we are doing phone surveys for companies in the U.S.

Hotel and Tourism

We are currently building guest houses in Turmi and Keyafer, towns in South Omo Valley.

Tourism is vital to help support the communities, providing a basic income for the community.
